As a Thanksgiving tradition, we have started making these cinnamon rolls. Last year was our first go-round but alas when they cooked all of the butter ran out and the buns absorbed it making a buttery goo mess. In order to get around this problem, I thought about cooking them on a rack so before my house was full of guests, I decided to do a test run.
Um yeah.
This is what happened:
They still were good but presentation was lacking and they were a pain to get off the racks. So we are going back to cooking them in a normal pan goo mess or not.
