Foray into Fondant

Last weekend, I took a cake decorating class to learn how to use fondant.  I thought it would be hard but it actually was pretty easy and I am looking forward to decorating fab cakes in the future.

Here are a couple of pictures.  We got take our cakes home and Mr. and I enjoyed snacking on it all week.
