The church we got married in sent me an e-mail saying they were having a vow renewal mass for Valentine's Day.
I forwarded it to Mr. and told him we should go.
He side-eyed me and asked why.
I said, "Don't you think it would be nice to reaffirm your lifelong commitment to me?"
He said, "I remember what happened the last time you suggested we go to that church and say some vows. I am not falling for that again."
