When we first moved into our house, I bought material to make curtains out of. I never made those curtains. The material has sat around for all that time until now. I decided to make them into pillow cases. I took two pieces of material sized 40.5 long by 21 high (in inches). I sewed three edges and then tuned the side that wasn't sewn in by seven inches. I took two of these inches and turn them in to make a more complete looking seam. I also made some decorative lines of stitches to make it more exciting. Here is the result. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a good picture.
