Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies = Nice!

In the quest to diminish my supply of baking chocolate, I cooked up Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies also from my Chocolate! cookbook.

This was my first attempt to make Brownies from scratch. Boxed ones (Pilsbury preferred) are so good, why bother?

But, I have to say they turned out nice and moist and have actually held up without getting stale throughout the week. I think I might try making actual brownies from scratch based on this experience.

Mr. was happy with them as well so a winner all around.
